Jingle Bells and More Christmas - Letra y vídeo

We have a Christmas tree
And a shining star
Santa visits you
No matter where you are
We eat mince pies
And Candy canes
Look up to the skies
Santa’s comin’ again!

We have a Christmas tree
And a shining star
Santa visits you
No matter where you are
We eat mince pies
And Candy canes
Look up to the skies
Santa’s comin’ again!

Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
O what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh, oh!

Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
O what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh, oh!

Dashing through the snow
In a one-horse open sleigh
O’er the fields w ego
Laughing all the way
Bells on bobtail ring
Making spirits bright
O what fun to ride and sing
A sleighing song tonight, oh!0

Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
O what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh, oh!

Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
O what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh, oh!

Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
O what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh, oh!

It’s Christmas morning
Oh Christmas day
Santa’s flying
Coming our way
He and his reindeer
Are traveling down
From the North Pole for some festive fun
Christmas fun and cheer
He’s joined our Christmas show
Sing with Santa
ho ho ho
He and his reindeer
They’ve come to class
He’s parked his sleigh on the playground grass

It’s Christmas in the classroom
Such an awesome day
Christmas in the classroom
Santa’s on his way
It’s in the classroom
Such a groovy day
Christmas in the classroom
Santa’s on his way
On his way

Every boy and every girl
Everyone around the world
It’s time to say
Time tos ay, out loud

Everybody clap your hands
It’s Christmas in the classroom
Everybody clap your hands
It’s Christmas in the classroom
Everybody clap your hands
(bis)

Such an awesome day
It’s Christmas in the classroom
Santa’s on his way
It’s Christmas in the classroom
Such a groovy day
Christmas in the classroom
Santa’s on his way
On his way
On his way

Santa is Coming, Christmas is Coming - Letra y vídeo

Look at the children’s heavenly smile
All of them are dressed in style
Kids are dancing along the aisle
For they know Santa is coming in a while
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Santa he knows all your needs
A Little extra for all the good deeds
Somewhere from the sky so high
Santa comes in the reindeer sleigh
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Stars are shining. The Bells are ringing
We know what dear Santa is bringing
Gifts for one and gifts for all
He loves and cares for one and all
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Going around on his reindeer flight
Giving surprises all through the night
Santa doesn’t show a ray of plight
For the happy faces will keep him bright
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Santa is coming…
Snow is falling. Birds are singing
The stars are shining. Bells are ringing
Don’t you know something
Santa is coming…
Snow is falling. Birds are singing
Kids are dancing. People are smiling
Isn’t something? Isn’t something?
Well christmas is coming
Isn’t something?
Well christmas is coming

Account of a Visit from St. Nicholas - Christmas Poems

Account of a Visit from St. Nicholas - By Major Henry Livingston, Jr. - Poesías en inglés Navidad

’Twas the night before Christmas, when all thro’ the house,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of sugar plums danc’d in their heads,
And Mama in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap,
Had just settled our brains for a long winter’s nap —
When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters, and threw up the sash.
The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow,
Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below;
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny rein-deer,
With a little old driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and call’d them by name:
“Now! Dasher, now! Dancer, now! Prancer, and Vixen,
“On! Comet, on! Cupid, on! Dunder and Blixem;
“To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
“Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!”
As dry leaves before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky;
So up to the house-top the coursers they flew,
With the sleigh full of Toys — and St. Nicholas too:
And then in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Down the chimney St. Nicholas came with a bound:
He was dress’d all in fur, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnish’d with ashes and soot;
A bundle of toys was flung on his back,
And he look’d like a peddler just opening his pack:
His eyes — how they twinkled! his dimples how merry,
His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry;
His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow.
And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow;
The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath.
He had a broad face, and a little round belly
That shook when he laugh’d, like a bowl full of jelly:
He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And I laugh’d when I saw him in spite of myself;
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread.
He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
And fill’d all the stockings; then turn’d with a jerk,
And laying his finger aside of his nose
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose.
He sprung to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew, like the down of a thistle:
But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight —
Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night.

Christmas Bells - Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

I heard the bells on Christmas Day
Their old, familiar carols play,
And wild and sweet
The words repeat
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

And thought how, as the day had come,
The belfries of all Christendom
Had rolled along
The unbroken song
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

Till ringing, singing on its way,
The world revolved from night to day,
A voice, a chime,
A chant sublime
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

Then from each black, accursed mouth
The cannon thundered in the South,
And with the sound
The carols drowned
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

It was as if an earthquake rent
The hearth-stones of a continent,
And made forlorn
The households born
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

And in despair I bowed my head;
"There is no peace on earth," I said;
For hate is strong,
And mocks the song
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!"

Then pealed the bells more loud and deep:
"God is not dead, nor doth He sleep;
The Wrong shall fail,
The Right prevail,
With peace on earth, good-will to men."

Christmas - Christmas Bells

The singing waits, a merry throng,
At early morn with simple skill,
Yet imitate the angel's song,

And chant their Christmas ditty still;
And, mid the storm that dies and swells
By fits, in hummings softly steals
The music of the village bells,
Ringing round their merry peals.
